I bought this to safely exercise my core. I like it. I feel as if I worked out but not as if I strained myself. The extra resistance rods do intensify the workout. I added the 3 rollers and love that too. Great product

Will be 75 this year. And weigh in at 119. My doctor is very happy with how I am doing. And walking and exerciseing.
