I LOVE IT SO SOOO MUCH !
I have such issues with my back and I don’t need to do sit ups on the floor anymore. I’m so happy I do really small crunches and I can tell you I’ve noticed a difference already. I enjoy using the Abdoer. Makes abdominal exercise fun. I really notice a difference now how easy it is to get up out of bed in the morning. I feel a definite improvement in my digestion since using it and I feel like my body works better than it did before. I think my back was compensating for weak abdominals because my back feels better and the rest of my body. Very happy with it and would recommend.
