So fantastic best think i ever bought i can not do exercises only sitting down so this is my answer. Works on all parts off the body and is fun too.

Very easy to assemble, took only a few minutes.
Easy instructions and video to help you assemble it.
The video has three levels.
Each are all very good.
You work your core muscles and abs as well as your whole body.
It’s a great workout and only takes 15 minutes or so for each level.
The machine moves along with you as you rotate around. The seat swivels with your motions.
Love this machine.
I now bought the Abdoer elite after using the 360 for over 7 years.
